A blend of roughly equal parts Malbec, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Cabernet Franc from biodynamically farmed vines planted on a clay-limestone terroir resting on iron-rich clay. The grapes were harvested by hand and vinified naturally: gentle maceration of the whole clusters for about a week, pressing, and 8 months of aging in concrete tanks. Bottled without fining or filtration, with no added sulfites.
