Vue Mer - 2022 - Cidrerie de l'Apothicaire
Nolwenn Merrien & Matthieu Huet
The nose is complex, aromatic and very vinous, with white fruits and iodine. The palate is taut, carried by fine acidity, with a structured finish of fine bitters. Ideal in a blind tasting to surprise your friends, or just perfect paired with Asian cuisine.

A still cider produced from organic apples grown in the cider house's own orchards in Clohars-Carnoët, South Finistère, in Brittany. Fermented with indigenous yeasts, this is a still cider that has finished its fermentation, and has been aged for 9 months in oak barrels - old barrels from a Normandy cooperage that have been toasted once again. Bottled at the cider house without fining or filtration, without pasteurization or addition of sulfites.
