A 100% Pinot Noir cuvée made with grapes purchased from a plot of 75-year-old vines cultivated using sustainable farming practices in Puligny-Montrachet. Manual harvest. Natural vinification: whole grape bunches are fermented in large wooden vats, wetting the pomace with a watering can, and foot-treading once or twice a day. Gentle pressing, aged in old barrels for 13 months. Blend of the barrels and 6 additional months in stainless steel tanks, on fine lees. Unfiltered, unfined, and very little sulphur.
