A 50/50 blend of Aligoté and Gamay from Chanterêves’ own vines, organically farmed with no sulphur used in the vineyard. Horse-ploughed parcels. The grapes were harvested by hand and naturally vinified: direct press for the Aligoté, with Gamay berries macerating in the Aligoté juice, in a “floating” infusion. Gentle pressing, ageing in stainless steel tanks. Bottled at Chanterêves, unfined, unfiltered, with no added sulphites.
Tomoko et Guillaume
Tomoko Kuriyama and Guillaume Bott form the magical duo of Chanterêves. As a couple both in life and in the vineyard, they established their Maison de vins in 2011, an haute-couture négoce based in Savigny-lès-Beaune, nowadays also an Estate with their own vines.
