Tomoko Kuriyama & Guillaume Bott

A few words from the winemakers: “The nose is delicate yet deep, marked by aromas of fresh fruit. On the palate, this aromatic finesse is present, along with a beautiful tannic structure that defines the appellation’s character.” A very clean juice, combining finesse and robustness.

100% Pinot Noir made from grapes sourced from Premier Cru vineyard, planted on a steep south-facing slope with clay-limestone soils (red soils rich in small pebbles). Manual harvest. Vinification: whole-cluster maceration in large wooden vats, wetting the pomace with a watering can, punching down once or twice a day by foot. Gentle pressing, aged for 13 months in barrels that have seen several wines, blended in stainless steel vats for an additional 6 months on fine lees. Unfined and unfiltered, with a micro-dose of sulfur.
