A sophisticated, surprising juice with notes of citrus and exotic fruits, and subtle floral aromas. The palate is ultra fresh and mouthwatering, with very fine, delectable tannins! The name Zizifredo essentially means Fred’s ‘Zibibbo’ – the Sicilian name for the Muscat of Alexandria grape.

A blend of Southern grape varieties: Grenache Blanc and Muscat of Alexandria. This is a négociant cuvée, the grapes were bought to a friend of Fred in South of France, the vines were farmed organically and harvested manually on the 13th of September 2023. Whole bunches vinification, co-maceration on the skins for nine months (!!!) in stainless steel tank with a valve, soft pressing on the 26th of June 2024, aging in egg-shaped concrete vats. Bottled without fining nor filtration, no sulphur added.
