L'Inattendue - Champagne Rémy Massin
Sylvère and Cédric Massin
Beautiful Blanc de Blancs Champagne, with notes of baked apple, Granny Smith apple, orange peel, and a chalky touch. The palate is mineral, echoing the citrus and white fruits from the nose, with a saline, mouthwatering finish.

A brut cuvée, dosage at 2.8 grams per litre.
