100% Pinot Noir from vines planted in Ville-sur-Arce in the Côte des Bar, on Kimmeridgian limestone soils with a clay-dominant profile. Manual harvest, fractional pressing, cold settling, slow fermentation in vats, malolactic fermentation completed, and aging on fine lees for at least 6 months. This a blend of 2020, 2021 and 2022 vintage. Bottled and then aged on laths until disgorgment on the 15th of July 2024. A Brut cuvée, dosage at 7.9 grams per liter.

Sylvère et Cédric Massin
Sylvère and Cédric — father and son — are the duo behind Champagne Rémy Massin & Fils, based in Ville-sur-Arce, right in the heart of the Côte des Bar. Carrying forward a family tradition that began with Louis-Aristide Massin in 1865, it was Rémy Massin who, more than a century later in 1974, founded the estate as we know it today, by vinifying the family's own harvest.
