34% Pinot Noir, 33% Pinot Meunier, 33% Chardonnay — vines farmed biodynamically and rooted in clay-limestone soils, several terroirs of the Montagne de Reims: Verzy, Verzenay, Villers-Marmery, and Ville-Domange. Hand-harvested, with 30% fermented in oak barrels and 55% undergoing malolactic fermentation. This Champagne is built on a blend of 50% from the 2020 harvest, 30% from 2019, and 20% from 2018. Bottled in April 2021, then aged sur lattes until disgorgement in October 2024. Unfined, unfiltered, and extra-brut with a dosage of 4 g/L.
