34% Pinot Noir, 33% Pinot Meunier, 33% Chardonnay. Vines farmed biodynamically and planted on clay-limestone soils across several Montagne de Reims terroirs: Verzy, Verzenay, Villers-Marmery, and Ville-Dommange. Hand-harvested, with 30% of the wine fermented in oak barrels and 55% undergoing malolactic fermentation. The blend comes from 50% of the 2020 harvest, 30% from 2019, and 20% from 2018. Bottled in April 2021, with extended lees aging until disgorgement in February 2025. Unfined, unfiltered, and zero dosage, this is a brut nature.
