Grand Cru Rosé - Champagne Hugues Godmé

Hugues & Lucille Godmé

Perfumed nose with notes of red berries: redcurrant, tart cherry, raspberry and cranberry, lifted by a touch of honey, chalky nuances and pastry notes. Lively effervescence, the palate is highly aromatic with a subtle mineral edge. Long, fresh and airy finish.

This Champagne is composed of 50% from the 2020 harvest, 30% from 2019, and 20% from 2018. Bottled in April 2021, then aged on lees in bottle until disgorgement in February 2024. Unfined, unfiltered, and zero dosage.

In 2006, he put an end to chemical treatments, and the estate was later certified...
