Origine - Champagne Goulard
Damien Goulard
“Origine” is rooted in the Domaine’s varietal heritage and the Maison's tradition. It opens on red berries and vineyard peach, with a subtle hint of spice and menthol. On the palate, it’s the perfect apéritif Champagne — refined, fruit-forward, and full of finesse.

A blend of 60% Pinot Meunier and 40% Pinot Noir from organically farmed vines rooted in the sandy soils of the Massif de Saint-Thierry, with a southeast exposure. Manual harvest, direct pressing, and vinification split evenly between stainless steel and oak. Bottled in July 2023, this cuvée is made mostly from the 2022 harvest, with a touch of reserve wine from 2021. Aged on lees, disgorged in July 2024. Extra-brut, with a dosage of 4 grams per litre.

Damien Goulard

The exceptional quality of this terroir has been known for centuries — mentioned as early as 532 in the will of Saint-Rémy —...
