Sereine - Champagne Goulard
Damien Goulard
Complex, upfront, and very expressive nose, with notes of raspberry jam, white flowers, and candied orange. The palate is pulpy, flavorful, rich yet delicate, with a very fine mousse. The finish is harmonious with the whole, both refined, silky, and fresh.

Blend of equal parts Pinot Meunier, Pinot Noir, and Chardonnay, from organically farmed vines planted on the Massif de Saint-Thierry, with sandy soils and southeast exposure. Hand-harvested, direct pressing, vinified in stainless steel tanks. Bottled in July 2022, this cuvée is mainly from the 2021 vintage, complemented with a small amount of reserve wines. Aged on lees, disgorged in March 2024. Dosage of 7 grams per litre, making it the only Brut Champagne from Goulard.

Damien Goulard
Damien Goulard took over the family estate Champagne J.M. Goulard in 2015. The Maison was founded in 1978 by Jean-Marie Goulard and his wife Martine, and is located in Prouilly, in the Massif de Saint-Thierry. The 7-hectare estate is planted mainly with Pinot Meunier. The exceptional quality of this terroir has been known for centuries — mentioned as early as 532 in the will of Saint-Rémy —...
