Blend of 76% Pinot Meunier and 24% Pinot Noir, with 85% from the 2023 harvest and 15% reserve wines. Sourced from young vines and newly acquired parcels of the estate, 90% planted on green clay over limestone marl soils, across the villages of Cuisles, Jonquery, and Châtillon-sur-Marne. Manual harvest, pressing, aging on lees, tirage, and bottle aging on laths. Disgorged on February 17, 2025. An extra-brut Champagne with a very low dosage (1.5 g/L) and only a minimal addition of sulfur (using homemade, mine-sourced sulfur prepared by Cédric).
