A blend of 60% Pinot Meunier (including 3% red wine) and 40% Pinot Noir, from organically farmed vines planted on the sandy soils of the Massif de Saint-Thierry, southeast-facing. Manual harvest, direct pressing, and vinification split between stainless steel and oak. Bottled in July 2023, this cuvée is mostly from the 2022 harvest, complemented by a touch of 2021 reserve wines. Aged on laths, disgorged in August 2024. Extra-brut, with a dosage of 5 grams per litre.

The exceptional quality of this terroir has been known for centuries — mentioned as early as 532 in the will of Saint-Rémy —...
