A Grand Cru Champagne, a Blanc de Blancs—and therefore 100% Chardonnay—made from grapes grown in Chouilly on the “Derrière Partelaine” plot, which faces north, has a humid climate due to its proximity to the river, and features exposed chalk soils. An extra-brut Champagne, with a dosage of 4 grams per liter.
