A few words from the Estate: "Nose with aromas of white flowers, vine peaches and pears. The palate is rich and well-balanced, with fruity and floral notes and a deliciously fresh finish."
100% Vermentino from vines grown biodynamically, planted on sandstone soils with South/South-East exposure. Harvested by hand. Natural vinification: total de-stemming, short skin maceration before pneumatic pressing and 6 months of aging in concrete vats on fine lees, with one stirring of the lees per month. Bottled on the estate without fining, lightly filtered.
