Ingredients and nutrition facts
100% Vermentino from vines grown biodynamically, certified by Demeter, and planted on blue schist soils with South/Southeast exposure. Harvested by hand. Vinification: total de-stemming, 12 hours of maceration of the berries, pneumatic pressing, fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless-steel vats, 6 months of aging in concrete vats, on fine lees, with regular stirring of the lees. Bottled without fining, light filtration.
