100% Vermentino from vines grown biodynamically, certified by demeter, and planted on blue schist soils with South/Southeast exposure. Harvested by hand. Vinification: total de-stemming, 12 hours of maceration of the berries, pneumatic pressing, fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless-steel vats, 6 months of aging in concrete vats, on fine lees, with regular stirring of the lees. Bottled without fining, light filtration.

Manu Venturi, child of the 1975 vintage, born in Corsica to an oenologist father, is his worthy successor at Domaine Vico and Clos Venturi, in the heart of Haute-Corse.
