50% Nielluccio and 50% Sciaccarello, from biodynamically-grown vines planted on sandstone soils at the bottom of the slopes, facing south/south-east. Harvested by hand. Vinification: 90% of the harvest is destememd, 20 days of maceration with daily manual punching down, pneumatic pressing, 12 months of aging partly in concrete vats and partly in casks that have seen several wines. Bottled on the estate without fining, and after light filtration.
