Ingredients and nutrition facts
100% Sciaccarello from Demeter-certified, biodynamically-grown vines planted in 1953 on South-East facing soils that shows a terroir of rolled pebbles, at an altitude of 270 meters. The grapes were harvested by hand. Vinification: fermented in 25 hl casks, pneumatic pressing, aged for 18 months in these same casks. Bottled at the estate without fining or filtration.
