100% Pinot Noir from biodynamically-grown vines planted on a fifferent plots of limestone and clay soils, this is a selection of all the estate's best Pinot Noir, whose production and yields have been very limited in 2021. Hand-harvested and naturally vinified, gently pressed, aged for 18 months in casks. Bottled at the Domaine without fining or filtration, just a micro-dose of sulphur.
