An elegant sparkling Crémant with notes of white fruits, nuts and subtle toasted aromas. Palate: a vibrant wine with very fine bubbles and a creamy texture balanced by beautiful minerality. A superb wine!
A 100% Pinot Noir wine certified organic and biodynamic, made of a selection of terroirs composed of limestone scree from the Bajocien period. Grapes are harvested by hand, vinification and maturation in Burgundy barrels for 14 months. Hre, we have a blending of the 2021 and 2022 vintages. Finally, the bottles spend minimum of 48 months in stacks. Disgorged in October 2025 for this batch, it receives zero dosage, making it an extra-brut. Without added sulphur.
