100% Cabernet Franc from vines aged 25 to 35 years, farmed organically and planted across a total of 4.85 hectares on a gravel terroir, the former riverbed of the Vienne (sandy-gravelly soils). Bottled at the Domaine with only a micro-dose of sulfur.
