100% Romorantin from young vines grown organically and planted on sand, clay and silex soils from Sologne. Manual harvest, sorting of the grapes in the vineyard. Natural vinification, direct pressing, aging in casks that have seen several wines and Diamond shaped concrete vats, for 19 months. Bottled at the Estate in March 2022 without fining or filtration, just a micro dose of sulfites.
