A single-plot cuvée made of no fewer than 28 grape varieties (including Touriga Nacional, Alfrocheiro, Tinta Roriz...), whose old vines (approximately 40 years old) are farmed organically and planted at an altitude of 550 meters, on granitic soils with underlying clay and sand, in the village of Pinhanços. The grapes were harvested by hand, fully destemmed, crushed, followed by 6 days of co-maceration of these 28 grape varieties, pressing, fermentation in stainless steel tanks, then aging in French barrels (without new oak) for 18 months.
