100% Touriga Nacional from 20- to 25-year-old vines, organically farmed, planted on the Caniças plot in the village of Pinhanços. Altitude of 500 to 550 meters, with granitic soils and underlying layers of clay and sand. The grapes were harvested by hand and naturally vinified: full destemming, crushing, 6 days of maceration, pressing, fermentation in stainless steel tanks, followed by aging in French oak barrels, without new oak, for 18 months. Bottled at the estate.
