100% Encruzado from vines aged 20 to 35 years, farmed organically and planted across several plots facing east and southeast. Altitude of 500 to 550 meters, granitic soils, in the village of Pinhanços. The grapes were harvested by hand, destemmed and crushed upon arrival at the winery, 6 hours of maceration of the berries before pressing, followed by blending of free-run juice and press juice. Fermented in stainless steel tanks, aged in French barrels (without new oak) for one year. Bottled at the estate.
