Álvaro de Castro
A very evolving nose with notes of baked apple, citrus, lime blossom, and vanilla cream. Palate: creamy texture and beautiful concentration, fine acidity, minerality is very present and balances the oak, which is perfectly integrated. Long, mineral finish.

100% Encruzado from vines of around 20 years old, farmed organically and planted on a plot of granite and sand soils at an altitude of over 600 meters, in the village of Pinhanços.
