Singe plot selection, featuring no fewer than 49 varieties, including Alvarelhão, Alfrocheiro, Touriga Nacional, Baga, and Tinta Amarela... These are 75-year-old vines grown organically, planted on granite soils, facing southern direction in the village of Pinhanços. Harvested by hand. Vinification: total destemming, 6 days of maceration, pressing, fermentation in large open stainless steel tanks, followed by aging for 18 months in French oak barrels, without new oak. Bottled at the estate.
