100% Bourboulenc from century-old vines from 1901! Biodynamics, manual harvesting and very low yields. The cuvée had not been produced since 2017 because Nicolas suffered hail in 2018 and frost in 2019, and the plot needed some time to recover. Vinification: 9 days of maceration of the berries, pressing, aging in vats, bottled in July 2022 without fining or filtration, just the tiniest bit of sulphur during racking.

Nicolas Renaud is a thirty-something winemaker settled since 2007 just next to Tavel and Avignon.
