A blended cuvée of 75% Grenache and 25% Syrah, from 15- to 40-year-old vines farmed organically and planted in the commune of Suzette in the Vaucluse, on clay and limestone soils from the Triassic period. The grapes are harvested by hand, with yields of 30 to 35 hl/hectare. The grapes are carefully sorted on arrival at the winery. Vinification: the grapes are 100% destemmed, followed by maceration for 14 to 21 days, and maturation for 6 to 9 months in concrete tanks. Bottled without fining or filtration, and no added sulphur.
