A blend of 50% Grenache Blanc, 25% Viognier and 25% Vermentino, from vines grown biodynamically planted in the Mont Ventoux region, on gravelly and sandy soils for the Grenache, and clay soils for the Viognier and Vermentino. Harvested by hand. Natural vinification in the Loire: total destemming, three weeks of maceration in vats with some punching down, gentle pressing, 8 months of aging in vats. Bottled in April 2023 with a low dose of sulfites.
