A fine success for this elegant, well-balanced orange wine, revealing lovely aromas of white peach, exotic fruit and flowers... Fresh on the palate, with a beautiful aromatic structure and fine bitters on the finish. Perfect as soon as the sun comes out!
A blend of 50% Grenache Blanc, 25% Viognier and 25% Vermentino, from vines grown biodynamically planted in the Mont Ventoux region, on gravelly and sandy soils for the Grenache, and clay soils for the Viognier and Vermentino. Harvested by hand. Natural vinification in the Loire: total destemming, three weeks of maceration in vats with some punching down, gentle pressing, 8 months of aging in vats. Bottled in April 2023 with a low dose of sulfites.
