A cuvée produced through the negotiant business of Bellivière, from organic-certified grapes, from 10 to 30-year-old vines planted in the Mont Ventoux area, a blend of 80% Grenache and 20% Aubun. Manual harvest in small crates. Vinification at the Domaine in the Loire Valley: total destemming, 70% direct pressing and 30% saignée after 8 hours of maceration, aging in vats for 8 months. Very light dose of sulfites before bottling at the Estate in April 2022.
