Rhône Valley
A juice with a true Southern profile, on blackberry and plum notes, pepper, earthy notes, violet... Beautiful and fleshy mouthfeel, long, with just enough power, the alcohol is perfectly integrated, and the tanins will soften after a few months in your cellar.
Blend of 65% Grenache, 25% Syrah and 10% Mourvèdre, from vines grown organically and planted on South-East facing terraces, which show clay-limestone soils. 270 to 300 meters above sea level. Manual harvest from the 30th of August to the 12th of September. Part destemming with 80% of whole clusters, co-fermentation of the three grape varieties in concrete vats for 10 to 20 days. Seven months of aging in those same vats, bottled at the Estate mid-April 2023 without fining or filtration, low sulphur.
