Crozes Hermitage "Les Pins" - 2024 - Dard et Ribo
René-Jean Dard & François Ribo
A highly refined cuvée, with an elegant, delicate structure. The palate is velvety, the granite-grown Syrah expressing itself in a fluid, airy style, with notes of flowers and small black fruits, and a very long finish. "Nomiyasui" in Japanese, translates as “easy to drink”.

Single-parcel cuvée, 100% Syrah, from old vines farmed organically, planted on granite soils, on a steep South-West facing slope. Natural winemaking with no additives: in whole bunches, with a small portion gently crushed to start fermentation. Around 15 days of maceration with only a few punch-downs, ageing in demi-muids barrels, with no new oak. Unfined, unfiltered, bottled without added sulphur between August and October depending on the vintage.
