100% Syrah from old organically farmed vines, a blend of parcels on Rhône alluvial soils, with a portion of the cuvée Les Champs in the blend. Natural vinification : with whole bunches, a small part gently crushed to kick off fermentations. Two weeks of maceration, no additives, just a few punch-downs, ageing in demi-muids and barrels that have seen several wines. Unfined, unfiltered, bottled without added sulphur between August and October.
