A blended cuvée of 60% Grenache and 40% Syrah, from 30- to 50-year-old vines planted on limestone pebbles over blue clay. The parcels are located at the lieu-dit Plan de Dieu in the commune of Violès. Manual harvest, sorted both in the vineyard and on the table. Vinification: whole-cluster maceration in temperature-controlled concrete tanks, indigenous yeasts, pressing, 10 months of aging in concrete tanks.
