100% Syrah from 30-year-old vines planted on granitic soils, with parcels spread across the communes of Malleval, Limony, and Saint-Pierre-de-Boeuf. Harvested by hand with yields around 35 hl/ha, sorting in the vineyard and on the sorting table. Vinification: indigenous yeasts, total destemming, cold maceration in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. Pressing, 12 months of aging in oak barrels that have seen several wines.

Stéphane Ogier represents the seventh generation of a long line of Rhône vignerons. Today, he oversees just over twenty hectares spanning Côte-Rôtie (where he holds 3.5 ha), as well as Saint-Joseph, Condrieu, Côtes du Rhône, the IGP Collines Rhodaniennes, and the hillside of Seyssuel.
