Blend: 50% Marsanne and 50% Roussanne from young vines conducted according to the principles of biodynamics and planted on clay-limestone and loam soils, between Cornas and Saint Joseph. Specifically on the plateau of Arlettes, in the town of Cornas, 250 metres above sea level. Manual harvesting. Vinification: direct pressing, racking, aging for 6 months in concrete tanks. Unfined, lightly filtered, bottled at the Estate with a micro dose of sulphur.
