First vintage for this cuvée, the vines have withstood the fires of August to offer us a hyper-fruity and fresh juice, with cherry and redcurrant notes, resulting in Santé (Health) and Bonheur (Happiness) for all!

A 100% Syrah cuvée from organic vines planted in Laroque-des-Albères, west of Argeles-sur-Mer. The grapes were harvested by hand, followed by carbonic maceration for 8 days, in whole clusters, 6 weeks of maturation in barrels that have seen several wines, with the juices always moved by gravity. Bottled early, it's a primeur! Unfined, unfiltered, just a micro-dose of sulphur (0.8 gr/hl) during racking.
Stéphane Morin is a photographer in the Pyrénées-Orientales department who took up the challenge of making his own wine. As a neo-vigneron, Stéphane underwent viticultural training in 2005 in Rivesaltes, where he would make an important acquaintance: that of Jean François Nicq.
