A 100% Syrah cuvée from organic vines planted in Laroque-des-Albères, west of Argeles-sur-Mer. The grapes were harvested by hand, followed by carbonic maceration for 8 days, in whole clusters, 6 weeks of maturation in barrels that have seen several wines, with the juices always moved by gravity. Bottled early, it's a primeur! Unfined, unfiltered, just a micro-dose of sulphur (0.8 gr/hl) during racking.
