A blend of 90% Jacquère, from vines ranging from 5 to 50 years old planted on clay-limestone soils on the hillsides of the Chartreuse Valley, complemented by 10% from a very old 30-are plot of 70- to 90-year-old vines, including hybrids, Chardonnay, and Viognier (planted in 2011) on deep granite soils in the Belledonne Massif. Vinification: direct pressing of all grape varieties together, fermentation and aging in stainless steel tanks on fine lees. Bottled in February 2025, approximately 30 mg/liter of total SO2.
