Mes P'tits Gars - 2025 - Domaine des Rutissons

Laurent Fondimare & Wilfrid Debroize

An instantly seductive, downright charming nose—you immediately recognise the Gamay and its whole-bunch, with notes of raspberry, cherry and redcurrant. The palate is refreshing, light and fluid, with zero tannin, finishing tangy and mineral. Pop it open without fuss with your mates!

100% Gamay from old vines grown organically, a cuvée produced using grapes purchased from a winemaker friend. Originally, this cuvée was made with grapes from Les Rutissons, but the Gamay plots were reclassified as building land and were therefore uprooted... The grapes were harvested by hand. Vinification: carbonic maceration of the whole clusters for seven days, gentle pressing, aged in stainless steel tanks for 7 months, bottled in March 2026. Total SO2 between 25 and 35 mg/liter.
