100% Gamay from old vines grown organically, a cuvée produced using grapes purchased from a winemaker friend. Originally, this cuvée was made with grapes from Les Rutissons, but the Gamay plots were reclassified as building land and were therefore uprooted... The grapes were harvested by hand.
