A blend of Malbec and Merlot from 30-year-old vines, grown organically and biodynamically, planted on clay-limestone and clay-siliceous soils. The grapes were harvested by hand and vinified naturally: 12 days of whole-cluster carbonic maceration, gentle pressing, followed by completion of fermentation and aging in concrete tanks for 4 months. Bottled at the Château without fining or filtration, and with no added sulfites.
