This cuvée already gives a clear sense of the domaine’s style in white wine: complex, with notes of peach, apricot, white flowers, candied fruit, honey and butter… The palate is broad and structured, with lovely richness and fine bitters.

A blended cuvée of 50% Viognier, 25% Marsanne and 25% Roussanne, from vines planted on granite soils across a total of 2.5 hectares. The grapes were harvested by hand, with yields around 40 hl/ha. Sorting in the vineyard and again on a sorting table at the cellar entrance. Vinification: direct pressing, indigenous yeasts, fermentation and ageing on fine lees in tanks and in barrels that have seen several wines, for 9 months.
