A light orange wine with very seductive and surprising nose: mandarin, honey, thyme, mint and a subtle hint of eucalyptus. The palate, as the name of the cuvée suggests, isn’t marked by the skin-contact maceration — it stays very fluid and easy-drinking, with a long citrus-driven finish.

100% Vermentino from organically farmed vines planted on clay soils. Hand-harvested at full ripeness on the 3rd of September 2024. Natural vinification: full destemming, maceration of the berries in stainless steel tanks for nearly three months, with daily punching down during the first month. Racking on the 20th of November 2024, pressing, followed by a few months of aging in concrete tanks. Bottled at Bois d'Arlène without fining or any added sulfites, just a light filtration.
