A blend of plots that were traditionally part of the Terre des Rangoux cuvée: 70% Gamay, complemented by Gueuche, Chichaud, Mondeuse... from organically farmed vines planted on a plateau at an altitude of 300 meters, facing west, on clay-limestone soils. All grape varieties were harvested by hand on the same day. Natural vinification: a mix of destemmed and whole clusters, 10 days of maceration, one year of aging in old 600-liter demi-muids barrels, followed by 10 months of maturation in fiberglass tanks. Unfined, unfiltered, no added sulfur.
