A blend of Pineau d’Aunis, Grenache, and Merlot, sourced from organically farmed vineyards and harvested by hand. This cuvée is produced thanks to grapes purchased from two different regions, for the Pineau d'Aunis and the Grenache, brought together with the Merlot from Barouillet! Natural winemaking at Barouillet with Vincent Alexis: carbonic maceration of the whole clusters, of the three grape varieties, gentle pressing, and aging in egg-shaped vats for 12 months. Unfined, unfiltered, and with no added sulfites.
