Ingredients and nutrition facts
100% Sauvignon from organically farmed vineyards planted on clay-limestone soils. This wine was produced thanks to grapes harvested by hand, purchased to other winemakers, and then transported to La Micro Winerie for their natural vinification. Direct pressing, fermentation in tanks, and bottling with residual sugars in order to create effervescence in the bottle. Without any dosage, this is an extra-brut. No fining, no filtration, just a tiny pinch of sulphur.
