A blended cuvée of 34% Merlot, 33% Malbec and 33% Cabernet Franc, from organic vines grown on three different terroirs. Harvested by hand, natural vinification in the urban winery of La Micro Winerie, at Darwin, the alternative space that you might have heard of. Native yeasts, 6 months of aging in stainless steel vats before bottling without fining or filtration, with just a micro-dose of sulphur to protect the wine.
