Ingredients and nutrition facts
A blend of 60% Sauvignon Blanc and 40% Sémillon from vines grown organically. Harvesting by hand and vinified naturally at the Micro Winerie cellar: direct pressing, indigenous yeasts, aged on the lees for 8 months in stainless-steel vats. Bottled without fining or filtration, just a micro-dose of sulfites.
